Stardust has taken the glamorous mid-century modern theme from our interior design right into our kitchen. We have created a modern take on what it was like to go out for fine dining in the late 1950s. Our Executive Chef, Robby DeBolt has taken a Neo-classic approach to traditional mid-century dishes such as Beef Wellington, Duck Confit, and Cheese Soufflé. Our menu is exquisite, evolving, and truly one of a kind in Boise.
Jamie is a long time Boise resident with an extensive background in the restaurant industry. She grew up in Kansas City surrounded by immense culture and diversity. She immersed herself in the local restaurant scene and by age 27 was managing the Food and Beverage department for one of the largest hotels in Kansas City. She opened several new restaurant concepts for other investors before deciding to to launch Stardust as her first solo project.
Robby DeBolt is an Idaho native that grew up in the restaurant industry. Honing his skills in Portland’s culinary landscape, Robby has cultivated a broad culinary skillset with impressive global influences and focus on local food systems and sustainability.
Lucy began her restaurant career in NYC while going to college. It was there that she found her passion for hospitality. After graduating from NYU, she returned to Boise with plans to expand her career in the restaurant hospitality industry. Lucy has managed some of Boise’s most popular restaurants and is thrilled to be a part of the Stardust team.
